Accounting agent

OSI is a privately owned, fully independent corporation with its member optometrists as sole shareholders. We are the only multi-service group that truly belongs 100% to its member clinics.

Employment opportunities: Accounting Agent

Responsibilities

· Book keeping for optometric clinics – Full accounting cycle / Avantage Software

· Bank reconciliation

· Accounts receivables and payables

· Other clerical tasks (invoicing, data entry, filing)

Required

· Bilingual (French, English)

· Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediary / advanced and Access)

· Avantage accounting Software

· Experience in book keeping (2 years would be an asset)
