Computerized Order Forms
To facilitate the process of obtaining employees safety glasses with prescription lenses, we developed a system that exactly reproduces the agreement negotiated with Securo Vision. It requires only 3 small easy steps:
The employee :

Obtains a copy of the form from the the employer’s designated person;

Consults our list of optometrists offering safety glasses ;

Makes an appointment at one of these clinics.
The optometrist will complete and sign the form, help the employee choose his safety glasses and then send the computerized order form to Securo Vision. When the glasses are ready, they are returned to the optometrist who will contact the employee to make an appointment and perform the necessary adjustments.
