At Securo Vision Inc., quality is ever present. Throughout the process that begins with the order, and ends with the delivery of the product to the worker's optometrist, quality control guarantees the worker with a quality pair of glasses. Beginning with product selection
Our
products, whether plano or with prescription, are selected to resist
impacts found in the field. In order to maintain constant quality,
Securo Vision Inc. uses specialized apparatus to test safety glasses
for high velocity impact resistance. We are the only safety product
supplier to use this type of apparatus.
Quality
control begins with your first meeting with your Securo Vision
representative
A contract outlining your company's requirements and restrictions is drawn
up. A copy of the contract is remitted to the customer service department
in order for the specifications, including pricing for the annual purchase
order, to be entered into our computer system.
Quality
control continues throughout each of your orders.
When an order is received, our computer system performs ascertains that
it conforms to your program.
If the order does not match your contract, the system automatically advises a customer service representative who, in turn, contacts your company or the eyecare professional in order to verify the order and request authorization to proceed, if necessary.
Securo
Vision personnel test prescription safety glasses before shipping
them to the optometrist. Lastly,
the optometrist performs the final quality control test.
The
optometrist verifies visual quality and conformity to CSA norms before
adjusting the product for the employee's use and remitting it to the worker.
