Why a privacy policy?

This Privacy Policy (the Policy) applies to the use of our website and associated portals (the Site). Securo Vision is committed to respecting your privacy and will protect it by adhering to the Policy.

The Policy aims to provide you with information about:

  • How we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information;
  • The types of personal information that may be collected when you order from us, communicate with us, and browse our Site; and our practices surrounding that information.

We will only use your personal information in accordance with this Policy, unless otherwise required by law. With respect to the protection of personal information, Securo Vision is subject to the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (c P-39.1).

The Policy is subject to change without notice, so please check this page frequently. If we make any significant changes to the way we handle our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address listed in your account.

Before providing you with access to your information, we may ask you for specific information to help us confirm your identity and right of access, and to provide you with the personal information we hold about you or to make the requested changes. In some cases, applicable law permits or requires us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the personal information we hold about you, or that we may have destroyed, erased or made anonymous in accordance with our legal record-keeping obligations and privacy best practices.

Please note that if you request deletion of certain information, we may not be able to provide you with certain products or services. We will explain the consequences of deletion at that time to assist you in your decision.
